At USSD Woodbridge, we teach Kempo Karate with an emphasis on good technique and practical self-defense. Students start with the basics and build on them as they advance.
Our instructors take time to get to know their students. We want the dojo to be a place where people enjoy training and keep coming back to learn.

We teach kids, teens, and adults through group classes and personal lessons. Not sure where to begin? Talk to an instructor. We'll help you find the right class.

Kids learn the basics in active classes with time to practice alongside other students.

Karate and self-defense lessons that give teens room to take on harder techniques as they improve.

Our adult classes welcome beginners, with group training and personal instruction available.
